A study by the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) revealed that the side effects of Moderna’s Kovid-19 vaccine were more than the vaccine developed by Pfizer and BioNTech.
In the research conducted by the CDC and published in the online journal JAMA, the side effects seen in people with the Kovid-19 vaccine between December 14, 2020 and February 28, 2021 were examined.
While 74 percent of those who had the Moderna vaccine reported side effects after the first dose, 65.4 percent of those who had the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine said they had side effects.
After the second dose, 82 percent of those with the Moderna vaccine and 68.6 percent of those with the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine reported side effects.
It was also noted that side effects such as fever and chills were observed more frequently after the second dose of the vaccines.
