This means that more than 3 million people died directly from smoking. “According to WHO experts, electronic cigarettes also constrict people’s arteries and increase heart rate and blood pressure.”


Stating that “I have been smoking for years, it will not be any good even if I quit”, which is widespread among smokers, is extremely wrong, Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Aydın said, “You are never too late to quit smoking. Because, according to studies, the risk of having a heart attack within 3 years after quitting smoking decreases to half, and at the end of 6 years, the risk decreases to the level of non-smokers.
